Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials to ensure they are protected during transit, as items damaged during return shipping may not be eligible for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup for larger garden furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
